YOUR  KEY  TASKS WILL BE:
  • Active promotion and sales of established producers from the field of microbiology.
  • Managing assigned customers and maintaining long-term partnerships with key customers.
  • Regular visits to customers in accordance with the set plan.
  • Responsibility for the sale of goods from strategically important suppliers.
  • Coordination and cooperation with other sales representatives.
  • Entering materials and their purchase and sales conditions into SAP.
  • Preparation of price lists.
  • Controlling and monitoring the material stocks of the supplier for which he is responsible.
  • Material inventory planning in SAP.
  • Preparation of tenders for public contracts.
  • Preparation of annual sales and other plans.
  • Participation in fairs and congresses, professional education and training.
WE EXPECT THE FOLLOWING  KNOWLEDGE  AND  SKILLS: 
  • Equivalent work experience or VI. or VII – higher or university education in natural sciences (preferably microbiology, pharmaceutics).
  • Active knowledge of the English language.
  • Driver’s license category B.
  • Good knowledge of working with a computer and computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar jobs and tasks (informal experience also counts).
PREFERENCE IS FOR  CANDIDATES , WHO:
  • Know how to work with the SAP and CRM system.
  • Know the quality control processes within microbiology.
  • Have excellent communication skills in the field of sales and negotiations.
  • Manage their time effectively.
  • Are self-initiative and are constantly looking for new ways to achieve the goals.
  • Like to compete with themselves and look for new challenges with the desire to overcome them.
